Margherita
A Margherita is a classic Neapolitan Style Pizza. Made with simple, yet flavourful, combination of ingredients: San Marzano Tomatoes, fior de latte mozzarella, and finished off with fresh basil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Diavola
Diavola meaning ‘devil” in Italian. Refers to the hot and spicy style pizza. Topped with pepperoni, Spicy salami and fresh chillies. This fan favourite packs a fiery punch.
Nduja & Salami
Nduja & salami is a flavourful pizza that combines the spicy heat of spreadable Calabrian sausage alongside slices of salami Napoli. This spicy yet salty pizza provides the perfect combo to top a Neapolitan style pizza.
Prosciutto di Parma
What starts off as a classic margarita style pizza comes out the oven and is greeted with thin layers of prosciutto di parma, a handful of peppery rocket and shavings of grana Padano. For extra decadence, truffle oil can top this pizza off.
Salsiccia Fresca
A personal favourite of ours at Jaspers Pizzeria. Fior De latte Mozzarella is topped with fennel & black pepper Italian sausage. Alongside red onion and fresh chilli. A pizza with a true depth of flavour in each bite.
Marinara
Pizza Marinara is one of the oldest most simple yet delicious pizza if done right. A pizza base is topped generously with crushed san marazano tomatoes, fresh oregano, olive oil & fresh garlic. Creating a classic yet delicious bite.
